Email deliverability
SPF, DKIM and DMARC are the three DNS records that decide whether your emails reach the inbox. SPF lists who may send for your domain, DKIM signs each email, and DMARC tells inboxes what to do with mail that fails, then reports back to you. Google, Yahoo and Microsoft now expect all three from bulk senders, so missing or broken records quietly send your marketing email to spam. Check yours free with the tool below.

SPF lists which services may send email for your domain, DKIM signs each email so it cannot be altered, and DMARC tells inboxes what to do with mail that fails those checks and sends you reports.
DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance) is a DNS record that tells inboxes what to do with email that claims to be from your domain but fails SPF or DKIM checks: deliver it, quarantine it or reject it. It also sends you reports on who is sending as your domain.

Yes if you send marketing email. Google, Yahoo and Microsoft expect SPF, DKIM and DMARC for bulk senders, and DMARC also stops others spoofing your domain.
Not if it is rolled out in stages. You start in monitoring mode, fix every legitimate sender, then tighten the policy.
